The nylon 6 monomer raw material "3NI-NYLON" consists of two components: a "main agent and a curing agent," with the polymerization speed adjusted. They are each sealed in metal cans, allowing for heating and melting in the can, enabling immediate molding. The containers have excellent gas barrier properties and heat resistance, making long-term storage possible. 【Characteristics of "3NI-NYLON" in terms of physical properties】 ■ Can be used as an alternative to metal materials ■ Excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, and machinability ■ Good sliding properties, usable without lubrication ■ Excellent chemical resistance, does not completely dissolve in acids ■ No rust formation 【Molding modules are also available】 By using "MODULE-4L" to mix the main agent and curing agent, polymerization and curing can be performed within the mold, allowing for direct molding of automotive parts, machine parts, round bars, sheets, pipes, etc., directly from the material.
